Be Kind To Yourself

Nobody wins if you’re over critical with yourself. There is nothing wrong with striving to do your best, but there is the chance of doing it in excess like anything. We can beat ourselves down without even knowing it. That type of energy, in quantity, can hurt you and those around you. Remember that there is still a healthy balance. Instead of striving to do your best, strive to maintain that healthy balance. Challenge yourself, but be realistic. Be stern, but be loving. It’s a good thing to be critical of yourself, but please be kind to yourself.
