Yoga For Strength

by | Mar 30, 2017 | Yoga | 0 comments

So my friend sends me this neat article titled “Yoga to Make You Strong” which outlines some of the poses one may do to focus on key areas where you’d might want to work out. What’s cool about this article written by Ari Issacman Bevacqua is that it’s composed intuitively with links to jump into the sections you want to focus on and not only are descriptions and instructions given on every pose.. but there is a neat accompanying video to help guide you too!

The sections Ari outlines are:

  • For Your Core
  • For Balance
  • For Strong Arms
  • Upside Down
  • For a Strong Mind
  • Explore Classes

I can totally see myself revisiting this page for reference. Well done!

Scavenger

“Scavenger is a proof of concept for a feature-length film. The film begins when a planetary scavenger in an advanced spacesuit comes across the Voyager I drifting in interstellar space. Reading the brainwaves at the end of the record connects him to a planet he’s never known… Earth.” – Raphael Rogers
