There are times you work hard and exhaust yourself beyond the routine. You did this because it was necessary, I hope. Perhaps it was an emergency, or maybe a critical deadline had to be met. Habits are essential so that you follow a normal schedule that maximizes your potential, especially your productivity potential. When routines break, though, it’s okay to rest. Your body, mind, and energy want to catch up. Give yourself that time.
