When we are exhausted, tired, and ignore rest, we welcome sickness and compromise our ability to function in an optimal state. Work will be there when you recharge, and when you are up and ready to go, you will perform better. Once you get a better grasp of this, you’ll find it critical to manage time more mindfully.
