Nothing Is Ever Perfect

There is always a fear of showing something unfinished. It’s a good thing, especially if it means you are self-critical and tend to go the extra mile to put something out there that is representative of your best work. At some point, though, we must stop and get it out there. Think about the worst critique you can get, and after some thought, it may not be so bad. Allow yourself to be vulnerable. Remember that feedback is another good thing which can offer you valuable input to improve on what you’ve already done. Do not fall for the trap of never putting it out there, and it would be a shame to miss out on feedback that can take you on to a different level had you not put it out there.
