ArchiCAD 21+ Crashes When Opening A File

Solutions
One thing worth doing if you have not yet is to restart your computer. You’d be amazed by how many times a simple restart can resolve unexplainable glitches.
If a restart doesn’t work, then the next thing to do is cleaning out your preferences.
In rare cases these files can become corrupt preventing ARCHICAD from starting or possibly causing crashes. – Graphisoft
Other things to try that are a little more involved…
Try another file or template, Reinstall ARCHICAD, Update drivers, Remove System plugins, Remove the CodeMeter key, Search Help Center and ARCHICAD-Talk.
Conclusion
The above solutions should pretty much resolve the issue, and if it hasn’t, I would contact Graphisoft through the proper channels depending on your region.
