Borrowed Time

There is no way of predicting when it will be the last time we see someone close to us. That last phone call, that last wave goodbye, that last hug, that last pat on the back, that last interaction could be the final farewell before forces that are out of our control takes our loved one away. The one thing we do have control over is how we share moments with them. Make it count. Make it meaningful. Give them someone they can talk to, and then give them someone they can listen to from a genuine place in our soul. That last moment could be the last, for we all live on borrowed time.
