A Study Claims Marmite Can Help Against Dimentia

Researchers at York University claimed that the high concentration of Vitamin B12 in Marmite helped increase levels of chemicals in the brain which protects against Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. A nuerotransmitter called Gamm-Amino Butyric Acid is increased which calms the brain resulting in reduced anxiety, induce sleep and calm nervous conditions.
