Finding What Works

Everything we do is a journey. How we do it, when we do it, why we do it, it all counts. We have the instinct to do what works, and we adapt to it. Some situations are easier to work with than others. It’s the difficult circumstances where things can feel never-ending and taxing on our ability to prevail. Those are the times we need to step back for a minute and reevaluate what is happening very carefully. Knowing when to do that is easier said than done but critical to finding what works when you’re struggling.
