I remember watching the trailer to the first film and saying to myself “this is going to be EPIC”. The reality of it was that the graphics and concepts were awesome but I’ve always felt there was something missing. It had the potential to be one of the top alien invasion-type movies out there and thought Battle Los Angeles was better. Skyline had a better trailer compared to this sequel trailer IMHO. My expectations aren’t so high this time, however, I wouldn’t shy away to watching if I had time to kill.
