A Simple Farmhouse

This was featured on Houzz TV in 2015 and I was always amazed at how simplicity can go a long way in terms of function yet still have aesthetic appeal. This farmhouse by Butler Armsden Architects is only 785 sq. ft. but manages to feel bigger with its vaulted ceiling and clean details and I love how they incorporated the water tower!
